Digital Marketing Specialist, Corporate and Investment Banking

About the role

Standard Bank Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for its Corporate and Investment Banking business. The role implements and optimises integrated digital marketing and communication campaigns for the business unit, country, sector, product or coverage area in scope, using data, insights, UX principles and AI to improve client experience, campaign performance and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise integrated digital marketing and communication campaigns across channels, keeping a consistent and compelling message.
• Use data, insights, UX principles and AI to drive innovation, continuous improvement and alignment with Group standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Required profile

• First degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing.
• 5-7 years of experience developing innovative marketing campaigns and content, using digital channels such as website management, social media, email marketing, content marketing and SEO/SEM/GEO, and measuring performance with data and metrics.
• 1-2 years of experience engaging at executive level to develop marketing plans.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms, and with the financial services industry.
• Advantageous: certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Required skills

• Digital marketing strategy and execution, marketing analytics and reporting, and conversion and performance optimisation.
• Owned and paid media management, omnichannel coordination and creative asset management.
• Understanding of financial services, customer experience and UX optimisation, and stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
