Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead data‑driven digital strategies that drive growth, enhance customer engagement and optimise the digital journey across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute multi‑channel digital marketing strategies, aligning campaigns with the customer journey.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on social media, email, SEO, SEM and display advertising, managing calendars and assets.
• Analyse funnel performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Insider and AppsFlyer, identifying drop‑off points and implementing data‑driven improvements.
• Oversee creation of audience‑focused digital content and maintain brand presence across platforms.
• Manage website optimisation, SEO implementation and UX enhancements to improve speed, accessibility and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product, sales and data teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and support lead generation.
• Monitor digital trends, evaluate new platforms and recommend innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on campaign execution and analytics.
• Proven track record of managing customer funnels and improving conversion metrics.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
