Digital Marketing Manager – Corporate Brand & Social

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Lesaka’s group‑wide digital and social capability, shaping the corporate brand’s online presence across staff, investors, consumers, enterprise and merchant audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the digital and social media strategy for Lesaka’s corporate profiles.
• Translate the brand strategy into a multi‑audience content framework and monthly calendar.
• Appoint and manage a digital agency to establish channel roles, content pillars and audience journeys.
• Oversee migration, consolidation and governance of corporate social pages.
• Maintain and update the corporate and investor‑relations website, ensuring SEO alignment and quarterly refreshes.
• Plan, launch and report on brand digital campaigns, including Google Search, AdWords and Google Reviews.
• Implement staff social media policy and a unified community‑management solution.
• Collaborate with the Group Brand Manager and Internal Communications Manager to ensure consistent storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing digital and social strategies for corporate brands.
• Strong track record managing external agencies and cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Ability to translate brand objectives into measurable digital initiatives.
