Digital Marketing Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join NxaTel’s growth and communications team. The role offers hands‑on experience in creating content, executing digital campaigns, and supporting brand communication for a SaaS unified‑communications platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social‑media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain website content and support SEO activities.
• Conduct competitor research and provide actionable insights.
• Support event preparation and produce marketing collateral for expos and company events.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to design and detail.
• Familiarity with Canva, Zoho MarketingHub or similar tools (advantageous).
• Eagerness to learn digital‑marketing strategies in a SaaS/tech environment.
