You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging complex SEO and PPC strategies with tangible business growth for a diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, overseeing the relationship from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
• Lead regular cadence calls, status updates, and reporting sessions to keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to shape strategy, ensuring work stays on track, within scope, and aligned with client KPIs.
• Monitor performance data, surface actionable insights, and proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Educate clients on SEO and PPC fundamentals, translating technical metrics into clear business value.
• Maintain high client‑satisfaction standards, targeting a retention rate of 95% and NPS scores of 8+.
• Ensure project deadlines are met through strong organization and cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or other customer‑facing roles.
• At least 1 year working within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO and paid‑media (PPC) fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting.
• Ability to independently pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs.
