Digital Marketing Account Manager – Automotive (Kloof, Durban)

About the role

Affirmative Portfolios, a digital marketing agency focused on the automotive sector, is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee monthly campaigns for key clients in KwaZulu‑Natal. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, accurate reporting, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Facebook advertising and broader social media strategies for automotive clients.
• Write detailed client briefs for designers and developers, translating business goals into creative deliverables.
• Produce, proof‑read, and optimise copy for marketing materials and website specials.
• Maintain regular client contact through calls, monthly visits, and reporting meetings.
• Provide first‑line customer and system support, troubleshooting issues and training clients on platform features.
• Update client records, invoices, and payment follow‑ups, ensuring accurate administration.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a driver’s licence.
• Previous agency experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
