About the role
Our client, located in Riverhorse Valley, is seeking an experienced Debtors Controller to strengthen their finance team. You will own the full accounts‑receivable cycle, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end debtors/accounts receivable function.
- Perform credit control, collections and customer account reconciliations.
- Allocate payments, issue invoices, statements and credit notes.
- Prepare age‑analysis reports and support month‑end closing activities.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in debtors or accounts‑receivable roles.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and reconciliation skills.
Required skills
- Xero (essential)
- Advanced Excel
What we offer
- Negotiable salary between R10 000 and R15 000 per month.
- Full‑time permanent position within a dynamic finance department.
