About the role
We are seeking a qualified CA(SA) to take on a dual General Manager and Finance Manager role within a dynamic Durban‑North organisation. The successful candidate will bring at least two years of post‑articles experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit environment, and will lead finance, letting, debtors and project management functions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage letting activities and debtor collections.
- Lead project management initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic leadership and drive commercial performance.
Required profile
- CA(SA) registration with a minimum of 2 years post‑articles experience.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Proven people and team management capabilities.
- Independent, proactive and solutions‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
