About the role
We are looking for a diligent Debtors Clerk to join our finance team in Cape Town. The role involves managing debtor reconciliations, supporting senior controllers and ensuring accurate invoicing and statements for our wholesale and retail operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform debtor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support to two senior controllers.
- Prepare and issue invoices, checking pricing accuracy.
- Send out debtor statements on schedule.
- Run administrative reports and assist with month‑end processes.
Required profile
- Matric certificate with tertiary education.
- 3–4 years experience in a wholesale, retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Accpac accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
