Debt Collection – Medical Industry Sales and Service Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales & Service Consultant to join Regnum Collect’s fast‑growing medical debt‑recovery team in Cape Town. The role focuses on building strong relationships with medical practices, onboarding new clients and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the debt‑recovery cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and consult with doctors, specialists, clinics and healthcare administrators to understand their debt‑recovery needs.
• Present Regnum Collect’s medical debt‑recovery solutions and secure new business.
• Conduct on‑site visits to practices using your own reliable vehicle.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and follow‑up.
• Provide guidance on account submissions, documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client handover.
• Monitor client portfolios and proactively address service concerns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

Required profile

• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Proven experience in sales, client service or account management.
• Experience working with medical practices (billing, administration or healthcare software) is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of medical practice operations and patient billing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, ethical and confident when engaging healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet targets.
