Deal Maker

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Deal Maker to drive new business and meet sales targets within our dealership network in Gqeberha. You will represent VWFS on the dealership floor, supporting multiple dealers and contributing to profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve predetermined sales targets in a dealer environment.
• Represent VWFS on the dealership floor and service other dealers within the group.
• Manage client relationships, expectations and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Collect, validate and submit credit applications and other required documentation, ensuring compliance with legislative and governance requirements.
• Handle NATIS documents and market‑share reports, meeting all internal deadlines.
• Identify innovative sales opportunities, propose ideas to management and support implementation of revenue‑boosting initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on innovation projects to senior management.
• Participate in dealer events, knowledge‑sharing sessions and stay updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and support team members as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial products.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documentation complies with regulations.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and cost efficiencies.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, especially around month‑end periods.
