Data Analyst II

About the role

The Data Analyst II will turn large volumes of credit‑portfolio data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organisation. Working within a fast‑moving financial services environment, you will help optimise operations, manage risk and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, analyse and interpret large datasets using advanced SQL queries.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Investigate credit portfolio trends, anomalies and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with credit, risk and finance teams to answer business questions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear summaries for senior and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Data, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, BI engineering or analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience delivering data‑driven insights in a business environment.
