Cyber Security Instructor – Online Training

About the role

As a Cyber Security Instructor you will deliver hands‑on, fully online training to learners ranging from newcomers to experienced professionals. You will guide participants through practical labs, real‑world scenarios and structured curriculum, ensuring they acquire the skills needed for modern cyber roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging cybersecurity training sessions to apprentices, early‑career learners and seasoned professionals.
• Teach core topics such as network security, threat analysis, incident response, vulnerability management and secure configuration.
• Facilitate hands‑on labs, exercises, assessments and real‑world simulations.
• Prepare learners for industry certifications and related qualifications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback to support learner progress.
• Maintain accurate learner records, progress tracking and assessment documentation.
• Collaborate with curriculum and training teams to update and enhance course materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery, content quality and learner experience.
• Ensure training reflects current cyber trends, emerging threats and best practices.

• Ability to teach complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting learners in a virtual environment.
