About the role

CLEARFINANCEHQ is looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to help customers through email and live chat. This is a no-calls role, focused on giving helpful, professional and timely support. It is a 12-month online contract.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by email and live chat.
Assist customers with account-related questions and general support.
Troubleshoot basic issues and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Required profile

Strong written English and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Comfortable using computers and online tools.
Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
Candidates who take the initiative to learn more about the company, its services and its culture will stand out during selection.

What we offer

Salary of R16,000 to R20,000 per month.
12-month contract, fully online.
