Customer Support Champion (Remote)

About the role

A fast-growing, service-focused business is hiring a Customer Champion to act as the main point of contact for its clients. This is a 100% remote position requiring a dedicated home office, with working hours Monday to Friday during standard US business hours. The role covers inbound calls, client emails, issue resolution and daily scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, resolve issues on the spot and escalate complex cases to management
• Handle client email and digital communication, follow up until requests are resolved, and keep detailed client interaction records in the CRM
• Maintain complex appointment calendars for services, meetings and team members, confirming, rescheduling and updating them to avoid conflicts and double bookings

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, client support or virtual administration
• Exceptional verbal and written English with strong conversational fluency
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a noise-canceling USB headset

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
• Comfort with email, calendar systems, cloud office suites and CRM tools
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
• Preferred: experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and VoIP systems (RingCentral, Aircall)
