Customer Success Representative

About the role

DATANAMIX, a leading South African credit bureau and digital KYC data solutions provider, is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Customer Success Representatives. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them maximise the value of our credit information products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute new business development strategies to identify and secure new clients.
• Grow and retain existing customer relationships through exceptional account management.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
• Prepare detailed customer reports, sales updates, and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the credit bureau industry, including trends, legislation and customer requirements.
• Continuously learn Datanamix products, solutions and internal systems.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets while delivering professional, high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric); a diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is advantageous.
• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (sales experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
