About the role
MCI is recruiting a full-time entry-level customer service position in Cape Town. You will respond to customer inquiries about payments, accounts and services and keep accurate records. The advert states that one year of contact-centre experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries.
- Assist with payment inquiries, account questions and service requests.
- Resolve concerns, process requests and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- One year of contact-centre experience preferred.
- Clear criminal record and successful drug-screening assessment.
Required skills
- Typing at least 20 words per minute.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
