Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing retention marketing agency in Australia that partners with 7‑, 8‑ and 9‑figure ecommerce brands. We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join a POD (team) and help shape, write and optimise email and SMS campaigns that drive revenue for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own ideation, briefing and copywriting of campaign concepts within a POD of 6‑10 clients.
• Analyse market and performance trends to generate fresh ideas for clients.
• Manage the performance of email campaigns and test new angles and messaging.
• Collaborate with account managers to incorporate client feedback and plan future strategies.
• Work closely with designers to bring creative concepts to life.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, creative strategy or ecommerce marketing.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response copywriting.
• AI‑native approach to creative output.
• Fast‑working, perpetual learner who enjoys the creative process.
• Team‑oriented and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Based in the AEST time zone.
