Contracts Manager – NEC / FIDIC

About the role
The Contracts Manager will oversee all contractual, commercial and legal aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with NEC and FIDIC frameworks as well as Eskom contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer contracts under NEC and FIDIC frameworks, with a preference for NEC.
- Manage contract risks, claims, compensation events, variations and payment processes.
- Ensure contractual compliance with client and project requirements.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project team.
- Manage subcontract agreements, dispute resolution and negotiations.
Required profile
- Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in construction contracts.
- Proven experience with NEC and FIDIC forms of contract.
- Experience in EPC/PC infrastructure projects.
