Contactless Medicine Clinician – GP & Specialist

About the role

We are seeking qualified General Practitioners and Medical Specialists to join AMBULANT+, South Africa’s Contactless Medicine standard. Clinicians will work within a single, closed-loop digital environment, setting their own fees and availability while delivering care that continues beyond a video call.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote consultations using the AMBULANT+ platform and adhere to a unified patient record and protocol.
• Utilise connected diagnostics and health technologies to augment clinical judgement.
• Ensure continuity of care from consultation through pharmacy fulfilment, diagnostics, home collection and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the integrated system and comply with professional verification and certification processes.

Required profile

• HPCSA-registered General Practitioner or Medical Specialist.
• Comfortable using technology as an extension of clinical care.
• Commitment to continuity of care and high professional standards.
• Willingness to complete Contactless Medicine certification and platform onboarding.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital health platforms and interoperable ecosystems.
