Consultant – Change, Leadership & Learning

About the role

BTS is seeking a Consultant to join its Change, Leadership and Learning practice in South Africa. You will work with senior leaders to translate strategy into action through behavior change, leadership development and immersive learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business strategy and design tailored change and learning solutions.
• Develop and deliver engaging facilitation sessions for local and global audiences.
• Manage multiple client projects, balancing design, delivery, stakeholder engagement and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create business simulations, workshops and discovery‑based learning tools.
• Travel to client sites as required to support project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, leadership development, learning design, facilitation or organisational change.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Professional, humble, team‑oriented and inclusive mindset.
• Interest in strategy, commercial acumen and consultative selling.
