About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, runs a Consultant Accelerator Programme for South Africa in 2027. As an intern you are a fully integrated member of a project team, working alongside colleagues and clients on real business challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, problem solving and the development of client recommendations and deliverables.
• Work alongside experienced consultants, taking part in team discussions and client interactions.
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship and feedback while collaborating with colleagues across industries and capabilities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• South African citizen with a GPA above 65%.
• Major in Engineering, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Physics or Mathematics; no specific major or prior consulting experience is required.
• Strong academic performance, intellectual curiosity, initiative, creativity, adaptability and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship or extracurricular achievements are highly valued.
• English native or fluent.
