About the role
Quyn International Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor (Leading Hand) to join temporary employment services (TES) projects across Cape Town. You will lead on‑site teams, ensure work complies with drawings, and keep projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on assigned sites.
- Read, interpret, and verify construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to meet quality and timeline targets.
- Monitor progress against project deadlines and report any variances.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising construction works.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Valid medical certificate.
- Ability to work on‑site in Cape Town for the duration of the assignment.
Required skills
- Interpretation of construction drawings.
- Subcontractor management.
