Construction Project Manager / Site Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Project Manager who will act as the Site Agent, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly and monthly work schedules based on project timelines.
• Break down project requirements into clear tasks for teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Review drawings, specifications and instructions to guarantee correct execution.
• Identify potential delays early and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee site activities, allocate work, monitor productivity and provide hands‑on guidance.
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and progress updates.
• Inspect work continuously, verify measurements and sign off completed sections.
• Enforce safety rules, conduct safety checks and maintain documentation.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, material requests and stock control.
• Prepare daily progress reports, communicate with clients and attend project meetings.
• Track project progress against the programme, manage subcontractors and monitor costs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes.
