Construction Project Manager – Intermediate Level

About the role

Construction Project Manager responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects, from pre‑construction and design coordination through procurement, construction, completion and defects close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project integration and delivery, managing scope, design and programme.
• Oversee commercial and cost control, procurement, contract and construction site management.
• Ensure quality, health, safety, environmental and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders, clients, tenants and manage project close‑out and handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years post‑graduate experience in construction project management.
• BSc/BTech in Building, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Professional registration with SACPCMP.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from inception to defects close‑out.

Required skills

• Advanced programme management (critical‑path analysis, milestones, float).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts, commercial and cost control.
• Experience with construction procurement, tender evaluation and supply‑chain management.
