About the role

Construction Managers will lead road layerworks projects across KwaZulu‑Natal, guaranteeing high‑quality delivery, strict timeline adherence, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining professional relationships with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. The position reports to the senior project director and works closely with engineering and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead road layerworks construction projects, ensuring quality delivery, timeline adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project progress and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• National Diploma (minimum qualification) or higher.
• At least 10 years of post‑graduation experience in construction management.
• Professional registration with ECSA or SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager (Pr CM).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction operations.
