Community Advisor (FNB POP)

About the role

FNB is looking for a Community Advisor for its Points of Presence (POP) team in Idutywa. The role serves customers promptly, understands their needs and processes their requests accurately, while growing the client base and supporting sales and service delivery. It is a 12-month hourly-rate contract.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally, delivering service aligned to Balanced Scorecard standards
• Guide customers toward digital and Self-Service solutions and migrate them from traditional transactions
• Grow the active customer account base and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Track and influence sales and service activities to meet targets and improve efficiency
• Verify transactions daily so new business applications are closed on time
• Produce accurate sales and service statistics for management decisions
• Ensure compliance with governance, legislative and audit requirements and FNB's Golden Rules

Required profile

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 minimum; NQF Level 5 certificate in banking, business administration, customer service or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing, service delivery or client support roles in financial services
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
• Accuracy, discipline, ethical conduct and commitment to continuous improvement
