About the role
Old Mutual is seeking a self‑motivated, dynamic individual to act as a Commissioned Financial Adviser. You will champion our customers’ financial goals by identifying needs, providing sound advice, and delivering fit‑for‑purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business by generating and converting leads.
- Expand sales of Old Mutual products and services with existing customers.
- Work primarily on your own leads to achieve sales targets.
- Provide consultative selling and customer‑focused service throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Commitment to Old Mutual’s Employment Equity Plan and designated group appointment process.
