Commissioned Financial Adviser – Customer‑Focused Sales Role

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a self‑motivated Commissioned Financial Adviser to join its Rustenburg team. You will champion our customers’ financial aspirations, identify their needs, and deliver tailored advice that helps them achieve lifelong goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide sound, “fit‑for‑purpose” financial advice and develop personalised financial plans.
• Procure new business and expand sales of existing products and services.
• Manage and nurture your own leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain accurate sales data and use sales software to track performance.
