About the role

The Financial Consultant will provide advice on a range of financial products to an allocated market segment in Rustenburg. You will be individually accountable for achieving sales results while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle standard customer service activities and respond to simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with internal standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors, provide information, and refer complex matters to colleagues.

• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify their needs.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers through calls and face‑to‑face visits.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints as the first point of contact.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure operational compliance and quality standards.
• Support routine business development tasks and assist colleagues.
• Identify sales opportunities through referrals and recommendations.
• Enter relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
