About the role
Old Mutual is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic person with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its Louis Trichardt branch as a Commissioned Financial Adviser-1. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 higher, advanced or occupational certificate, or equivalent
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Building trust and consultative selling
- Direct selling and strategic selling
- Qualifying prospects and identifying sales opportunities
- Sales data management and sales software
- Oral communication and probing questions
