Commercial Sales Consultant – Security Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team in Durban and promote security solutions to commercial, industrial and corporate clients. The role is focused on generating new business, expanding existing accounts and delivering tailored security offerings that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial opportunities in the security sector.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years proven B2B or commercial sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Computer literacy with experience using a CRM system.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Valid PSIRA certificate.
