Clinical Facilitator – Hospital Group (Kimberley)

About the role

The Clinical Facilitator will lead the clinical training and development programme for a hospital group, ensuring that theoretical knowledge is effectively integrated with hands‑on practice. This full‑time, onsite role supports nurses and other health professionals in delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in research and development to generate new knowledge about products, processes and services for the academic market.
• Plan, draw and coordinate training and development calendars.
• Facilitate the marking of case studies and assignments.
• Maintain accurate employee clinical records.
• Organise and ensure active involvement in all academic‑related projects.
• Apply adult learning methodologies to support the clinical learning process.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (General Nursing Degree/Diploma, PGDip Nursing Education, Assessor and Moderator).
• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse and Specialist Nurse Educator.
• BLS instructor certification is advantageous.
• Clinical expertise in General Wards, Trauma and ICU.
