About the role

The Clinical Facilitator is responsible for facilitating training and development in a clinical environment, ensuring integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Active involvement in research and development to create improved products, processes and services for the academic market.
• Plan, draw and coordinate training and development calendars.
• Facilitate the marking of case studies and assignments.
• Maintain accurate employee clinical records.
• Organise and participate in all academic‑related projects.
• Facilitate clinical learning using adult learning methodologies.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (B Cur Degree or equivalent).
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
• Compliance with SANC code and applicable health care legislation.
• Assessor and Moderator training.
• BLS instructor certification.
• Clinical expertise within your specialty.
• Advanced computer literacy.
