Client Success Manager - Healthcare and RCM

About the role

Sagan Recruitment is hiring a Client Success Manager for a remote position based in South Africa. The role supports healthcare client relationships using hands-on knowledge of US medical billing, practice management or revenue cycle management, and turns billing performance and reporting trends into clear client communication. It is a full-time engagement as an independent contractor, with the exact working schedule confirmed during selection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and communicate clearly with healthcare stakeholders.
• Review billing reports and track revenue cycle KPIs.
• Use spreadsheets and reporting dashboards to identify trends and explain findings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of direct experience in US medical billing, practice management or revenue cycle operations.
• A proven track record in Client Success, Account Management or Client Relationship roles within healthcare or SaaS.
• C2 or near-native spoken and written English, with strong professional and executive communication.

Required skills

• Analyzing billing reports and KPIs using Excel, spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
