Client Relations Consultant – Ga Malekane Mall

About the role

The Client Relations Consultant will support Old Mutual’s customers both over the phone and in person at the Ga Malekane Mall location. The role focuses on delivering consistent, high‑quality service while complying with all business, process and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and face‑to‑face assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain adherence to service and quality standards set by the organisation.
• Follow business, process and compliance rules in every client interaction.
• Apply a moderate to high level of technical knowledge across the company’s product portfolio.
• Demonstrate multi‑skill capability by handling a range of products and processes relevant to the business area.

Required profile

• Minimum NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate, or equivalent.
• Action‑oriented with strong decision‑making ability.
• Effective communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrates accountability, trustworthiness and interpersonal savvy.
• Quick learner who can adapt to changing business needs.

Required skills

• Moderate to high technical knowledge of Old Mutual’s products and processes.
