About the role

The Claims Audit Officer will be responsible for reviewing a backlog of claim files to determine their current status and ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive backlog claim audits.
Determine claim status for each file.
Verify claimant and system information.
Identify outstanding information and any dependencies.
Recommend further handling of the file to the appropriate workstream based on audit findings.
