Change Management Specialist

About the role

The Change Management Specialist will lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring business readiness, user adoption, and successful transformation across strategic programmes, digital platforms and customer projects. You will partner with senior leaders, stakeholders and learning teams to design and execute change strategies that align with enterprise roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Engage and align senior leadership, establish Change Champion networks and facilitate workshops.
• Design and deliver communication campaigns, roadshows, town‑halls and targeted messaging.
• Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate role‑based enablement and support go‑live hypercare.
• Measure adoption, utilisation and behavioural change; track KPIs and benefits realization.
• Maintain change documentation, governance reporting and risk mitigation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or related field.
• Mandatory Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, ACMP/CCMP or SAFe Agile).
• 5–8+ years managing change projects, organisational development and digital enablement.
• Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders and working in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
