Change Lead – Logistics Transformation

About the role

The Change Lead will drive adoption of system, process and operational changes within TFG Logistics, supporting the logistics strategy and ensuring smooth transitions for end‑users. You will design and deliver training, create supporting documentation, and act as a key liaison between operational teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for logistics systems, processes and operational initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training programmes and develop user guides, SOPs and quick‑reference materials.
• Support system implementations and operational roll‑outs, preparing users and driving adoption.
• Conduct process mapping, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Track training progress, user readiness and post‑implementation feedback, providing go‑live support.

Required profile

• Diploma, graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 4 years experience in change management, systems training or business process training.
• Experience developing training material, user guides and SOPs.
• Understanding of logistics, supply‑chain or distribution‑centre operations is advantageous.
