CBC Product Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, deliver implementations and changes, and lead product innovation while developing compelling client value propositions.
• Track product performance, implement tactical initiatives, and produce daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Provide insights to drive marketing and product usage campaigns, monitor ROI, and collaborate with sales teams to improve sales through customer insights and script input.
• Liaise and negotiate with third‑party service providers, manage suppliers and clients, oversee relevant apps and mobisites, prepare budgets, and use project management to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• A relevant commercial degree with a minimum of 5 years of product or business management experience.
• Strong project management abilities, solid financial acumen, and good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort influencing cross‑functional teams and thriving in a constantly changing, pressurised environment.
