Campaign & Events Manager – Motor Industry

About the role

The Campaign & Events Manager will plan, coordinate and execute promotional activities for the motor industry, including product launches, demo days, rallies, exhibitions and dealer events. This role ensures each event reflects the brand’s standards, drives customer engagement and supports sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage events from concept through to completion.
• Liaise with dealers, suppliers, sponsors, event organisers and venues.
• Coordinate logistics such as transport of motorcycles, musical instruments, boats and display materials.
• Prepare and service event vehicles and equipment to presentation‑ready condition.
• Organise customer demo rides and test‑drive events.
• Manage event staff, brand ambassadors and technical support teams.
• Control event budgets, monitor costs and ensure financial compliance.
• Oversee setup, operation and breakdown of events.
• Secure permits, insurance and ensure safety regulations are met.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and social‑media coverage.
• Maintain event calendars and produce post‑event reports.
• Build relationships with clubs, dealerships, race organisers, golf courses and corporate clients.

Required profile

• Qualification in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience coordinating events, preferably in the motor industry.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and strong communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and passion for outdoor events, boating and motorcycles.
• Proven budget management experience.
