About the role
EC3 is hiring call centre agents for its Umhlanga office to handle inbound and outbound calls for USA clients. The role is office-based at 305 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Durban, and requires working US hours.
Key responsibilities
- Make calls to USA customers
- Complete hot key transfers and follow scripts
- Log calls accurately and meet quality targets
- Work shifts that match USA time zones
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Clear phone voice suitable for US customers
- Matric / Grade 12
- Call centre or customer service experience (an advantage)
- Able to work from the Umhlanga office every shift
- Able to work nights and USA hours
- Available for training
