About the role
Planet Fitness is seeking a Call Centre Agent to deliver fast, effective, and continuous customer service. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Represent customers to the wider business as a dedicated advocate.
- Demonstrate thorough product and system knowledge.
- Handle client queries about existing policies and other enquiries.
- Assist clients, resolve complaints, and update client information.
- Perform both inbound and outbound calls in a tele‑sales environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of call‑centre experience (preferred).
- Strong reading ability for scripted questions.
- Flexible and adaptable to shift work.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Customer‑centric, results‑oriented, and a team player.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, resilient and resourceful.
Required skills
- Intermediate computer skills.
