About the role
A very busy café‑style restaurant in central Sandton is seeking a high‑energy Senior Front‑of‑House Manager to lead the team and ensure smooth floor operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Control stock levels and ordering for the front‑of‑house area.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years experience in fast‑paced, sit‑down restaurant environments.
- Self‑motivated leader able to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
What we offer
- Net salary of R15 000 – R20 000 per month for a well‑spoken candidate with solid references.
- Early closing time at 18:00, allowing a better work‑life balance.
