About the role
The Business Process Consultant will oversee daily operations and sales functions within the mobile sanitation and waste‑management sector, ensuring high service standards and sustainable growth. The role involves assessing current practices, identifying gaps, and designing and maintaining effective systems to improve organisational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including logistics, equipment movement, and service delivery.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, systems, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling contracts, SLAs and client communications.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance and cost‑control measures.
- Lead, develop and motivate operational and sales teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety and industry standards.
Required profile
- Qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business (Transport and Logistics qualification advantageous).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales and Operations Management.
