Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join a luxury gifting company that serves corporate clients across North America. Working remotely on EST hours, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing premium gifting solutions and setting the stage for a high‑end client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Schedule discovery calls and hand‑off qualified meetings to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system.
• Research target companies and identify key decision‑makers in HR, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Articulate the brand’s value proposition and unique product offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach messaging based on feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

What we offer

• Base salary of $10,500 USD per year plus OTE up to $20,000 USD.
