Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join LearnTastic’s growing sales team. You will drive B2B outreach, qualify leads and build lasting relationships with customers across multiple industries, helping them access our accredited online courses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end‑users to achieve business goals.
• Qualify leads through outbound calls and social‑media outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing pipelines while identifying new opportunities.
• Conduct customer surveys and craft effective B2B sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas through targeted efforts.
• Prepare commercial and pricing documents for prospective clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries.
• Promote LearnTastic’s products and services to potential and existing customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in a US‑based company.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
