Business Development Representative

About the role

2CT Sales Co. is building outbound pods that generate qualified meetings and revenue for B2B companies in the US and UK. As a Business Development Representative you will be the first voice prospects hear, owning the top of the sales funnel for a client pod.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80‑120 cold calls daily using a triple‑dial cadence and structured openers.
• Create and execute multi‑channel outreach sequences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Research accounts, identify decision‑makers and personalize outreach.
• Qualify prospects on pain, fit, timing, authority and budget criteria.
• Book qualified discovery meetings, brief Account Executives and maintain clean CRM records.
• Hit weekly activity, conversation, meeting‑set and meeting‑held targets and report daily.
• Handle objections using internal training frameworks.

Required profile

• 2+ years in an outbound role such as BDR, SDR, appointment setter or outbound AE.
• Proven experience prospecting into the US or UK market with fluent English and an international accent.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close.io acceptable).
• Working knowledge of at least one prospecting tool (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Sales Navigator, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead, Lemlist).
• Comfortable holding 7‑minute discovery calls and engaging on LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated track record with measurable metrics (dials, conversations, meetings booked, meeting‑held rate).
