About the role

Abinbev is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for its Sab Isando depot. The role aims to grow volumes sold, market share and competitiveness by delivering market-driven, differentiated service to clearly defined segments.

Key responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
Manage and supervise distributors in the assigned sector, including orders, payments and re-distribution
Ensure IB products are available in reasonable stock across customers and retail outlets
Ensure proper merchandising (POS and chiller visibility) and that chillers are correctly placed and used exclusively for IBPLC products
Monitor recommended prices at sales outlets and closely watch competitor actions

Required profile

3-year degree qualification
At least 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing or FMCG environment
Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver's licence
Knowledge of the local area is required

Required skills

Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent administration skills
