Business Development Representative (BDR 1)

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR 1) will drive growth by increasing sales volume, market share, and competitiveness within assigned segments. You will work closely with distributors, ensure product availability, and monitor pricing and competition.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for designated areas.
• Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments, and redistribution.
• Maintain adequate stock of IB products across customer and retail outlets.
• Ensure chillers are correctly placed and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
• Monitor recommended product pricing at sales points.
• Track competitor actions and market trends.

Required profile

• Three‑year degree qualification.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environments.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent administrative abilities.
